Sailing in the company of other yachts and like minded people can be a truely rewarding experience.

For many people setting sail on longer journeys to new cruising grounds can be a daunting prospect, so they stick with what they know and never cast off the lines and explore.

Cruising in Company can alliviate those doubts, as peace of mind comes from safety in numbers. We are on-hand to assist with passage planning and weather routing for those that require it. Read about last years trip.

Daily Skippers meetings discuss potential anchorages/marinas, weather and general plans to keep everyone informed. Nobody should feel that they have to stay with the group all the time, if you wish to explore alone or stay somewhere a little longer you can rejoin us in a couple of days, giving you the freedom to drop in and out of the Cruise as you wish.

Meals ashore make for excellent get togethers adding a great social aspect to the sailing.

The Balearic Islands are one of Spains most cherished sailing areas with numerous anchorages and secluded coves. Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca are all popular yacht charter destinations and quite rightly so, they all have something different to offer and were confident that you will not be dissapointed.

Due to the popularity of the Cruise we are looking to increase the frequency and destinations.

A 14 day Cruise to Gibraltar, North Africa and Costa de Sol is proposed in September. Departing Cartagena the likely route will take in Almerimar, Benalmadena, Duquesa/Sotogrande before arriving in Gibraltar and crossing the Straits over to Ceuta and Marina Smir in Morocco before returning along the Spanish coastline.

Unfortunately there are limited anchorages along this coastline so most stop overs will be marina based.

There are 3 ways to join these fantastic and social sailing events:

1 - As crew aboard El Rubicon (cabin charter)
2 - Bring you own boat
3 - As crew of other Cruise in Company yacht
